Here are few photographs, new and old, of Firth Park Grammar School which will soon be the new Longley college in the North of Sheffield. I went to the school from 1969-1972 straight from Hartley Brook High School at the age of 13. Obviously you have gathered that I failed the dreaded 11+ and I was deemed fit only to specialise in woodwork, metalwork and other moronic studies until some clever teacher or other realised my genius. fpgs Left: 2003 view of new Longley College.
